Weight loss/Muscle Building Guidance, which consists of a program of consultation of both weight and muscle mass. This program is specific to each individual, depending on their goals. We personally consult with you directly online and on the phone. This is on a timetable specifically tailored to your needs.

In addition to weight training, we also offer nutritional guidance as part of your package. There is no extra charge for this very important piece of the puzzle in your success!
